Where is my book?

EBOOKS

  • Make sure you are checking the right email address. Whatever email you entered at checkout is where things will be delivered.
  • Check your spam/junk folder!
  • How to download - You will receive links for your digital items in a separate email direct from BookFunnel. Click the links and your items are automatically transferred into your BookFunnel library. From there you can send them to whatever app you like (Kindle, Apple, Google, etc.)

PAPERBACKS / MERCHANDISE

  • Check your order confirmation for the date you ordered.

Products typically take 2-3 weeks from the date of order to be shipped. If it has been longer than 3 weeks, contact us at admin(a/t)mmalonebooks.com

Bespoke/Custom items typically take 3-4 weeks from the date of order to be shipped. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, contact us at admin(a/t)mmalonebooks.com

When do I get my preordered items?

EBOOKS

  • Preorder ebooks will not be delivered until the date of release. The price for these items is charged immediately even though they will not be released until later. Please be aware of this before you order.
  • Upon release you will receive links for your preordered digital items from BookFunnel. Click the links and they are automatically transferred into your BookFunnel library. From there you can send them to whatever app you like (Kindle, Apple, Google, etc.)

PAPERBACKS / MERCHANDISE

  • Preorder books / items will not ship until the date of release.

Orders that *contain* a pre-order item will not ship until the release date. Please place separate orders if you would like your other available items to ship sooner.

Can I read my ebooks on my Kindle, iPhone, tablet, etc?

BookFunnel makes it easy to send your ebook files to any app or reading device you like. All Audio must be enjoyed in the BookFunnel app. Contact help@bookfunnel.com for download assistance.

How do I get the free books?

The free books (All I Want is You & With this Ring) are available to anyone who subscribes to the newsletter. You can join at the bottom of any page on the store or at https://www.mmalonebooks.com/newsletter/

What is your shipping & return policy?

Return Policy

Ebooks / Audio - Digital items are sent via BookFunnel and are non-refundable. Contact help@bookfunnel.com for download assistance.

Paperbacks / Merchandise - Purchases from M. Malone Books are non-refundable, except for lost or damaged items. Please review your order carefully before checkout and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us at admin(a/t)mmalonebooks.com if your order is incorrect or damaged so that we can assist you.

Do you have print books?

Print books are being rolled out and will be available soon. Please sign up for the newsletter to be notified when they are available.

Do you have audio books?

Yes, all audio is listed in the menu header under SHOP - FORMATS.

Please read carefully to see which titles are human narration and which are TTS accessibility audio done with digital narration. All titles list the information under "Narrator".

Do you sell to XYZ country?

Currently the store is open to US, EU, Canada, Australia, & New Zealand.
