Purchases from M. Malone Books are non-refundable, with the exception of items that are lost or damaged.
Prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, and correct format (ebook, audiobook, paperback, etc), in your order.
Ebooks are sent directly from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. Please be sure to check your Inbox and Spam folders. All digital items are non-refundable. If you need download help, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.
For EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. The withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks, as these are exempt once the content has been made available to you.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To request a return or cancellation, please sign in to your account using the link below. You will receive a one-time verification code by email — no password is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
